Tickets are non-refundable. You may, however, transfer your ticket to another person — just let our team know so we can update the registration details.

All registered guests will receive access to our matchmaking tool, Conversation Starter, where you can book 1:1 meetings with other attendees, partners, and investors. Of course, there will also be plenty of in-person networking during breaks.

Each FFX edition offers a full day of roundtables, input talks, community sessions, and curated deep-dives based on whether you’re a founder, leader, or investor. You’ll receive the full agenda ahead of time.

You’ll receive calendar invites, email communication, and access to the participant page with all logistics, timing, and updates. If anything changes, we’ll notify you right away.

We highly encourage you to join the full programme. FFX  is designed for quality over quantity, prioritising authentic connection, joy over FOMO, and creating an actual community experience rather than a drop-in event. To get the most out of the experience, we recommend setting up an OOO email and focusing on the people in the room. If you need to leave early or arrive late, please make sure to let us know in advance.
