THE FOUNDERS

What founders say after FFB

Real experiences from the founders and speakers who’ve been part of the Female Founders Bootcamp.
"Can I get a memory wipe so I can do the FF bootcamp all over again? Because wow. I didn’t just learn like crazy, I became a version of myself I didn’t think existed. Life-changing, no exaggeration. I met founders, investors, and people I want in my corner for years. And somehow it builds this rare cozy ecosystem where everyone’s only goal is to watch each other win.”
Ana Inés Urrutia
Founder & CEO of AInes HR
"The program stood out because it went far beyond high-level entrepreneurship advice. It provided practical frameworks, proven methodologies, and concrete tools that I could immediately apply to my startup. Combined with sessions led by experienced founders, investors, and public funding experts, it gave me a structured foundation for turning ideas into execution."
Katrin Poreba
Co-Founder of Cleala
"Getting high-class insights into investor targeting, pitch deck preparation, marketing advice and mental health, combined with honest exchanges within the cohort and a lot of support from everyone, gave me more than I ever expected a bootcamp could give me."
Kathrin Kronberger
Co-Founder of EnFera
"Having near 1:1 access to VCs & business angels like Hansi Hansmann is an opportunity you just don't get every day. That session alone reshaped how I think about fundraising and continue growing my business."
Lisa Katzenschlager
Co-founder of cdot
"The right pitch is key, but so is understanding your financials and telling your story right. FFB connected all the dots."
Caroline Schober
Founder of Newworn
FAQ

Common
questions

Is participation mandatory for all sessions and what happens if I can’t attend one of the sessions live?

All sessions will be recorded, so you can catch up afterwards. That said, live attendance is strongly encouraged to get the full value of the program, especially for interactive and peer-based sessions.

Will I receive a certificate?

If you would like to receive a certificate, we can issue one, provided you have attended at least 90% of the sessions. The certificate will acknowledge your participation and the knowledge and skills gained during the Bootcamp.

How do we network with other participants?

We host Networking Sessions and provide access to our matchmaking tool, Conversation Starter. You can book 1:1 video calls with other founders, connect during dedicated networking slots, and exchange contact details to continue conversations outside the platform.

What’s the plan for the Summit?

The in-person Summit takes place on the 10th of November 2026 in Berlin and marks the program’s finale. You’ll meet your cohort, trainers, and partners in person and take part in founder-focused sessions, investor pitching, office hours, partner-led workshops, and networking. The detailed agenda will be shared closer to the date.

Will I meet investors?

Yes. Investors will be present during the digital bootcamp and at the in-person Summit in Berlin. If you are unable to attend in person, you can still connect with investors via Conversation Starter.

Is the €500 participation fee refundable?

The participation fee of €500 (and the €100 add-founder fee) is non-refundable.
