Female Founders has since grown into Europe’s leading platform for women in technology and innovation. Connecting talent, enabling company building,

What began as a community has evolved into an integrated ecosystem that supports founders from first idea to scaling. As the network expanded, one thing lagged behind: who was actually getting funded.

So the founders started Fund F, our own venture capital fund. To ensure that high-potential founders don’t just get visibility, but real investment.

This is about economic performance. Europe is currently leaving an estimated 7% of GDP untapped by not fully backing women-led companies. This is not a marginal issue - it is one of the largest overlooked growth opportunities in the European economy.
